# Custom liquid

You can use **Custom Liquid** section to add your own liquid code. 

* Add app for creating advanced customizations for your store.
* Add custom Liquid code directly in the editor.

To add this section, please follow the below steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store** **->** **Themes**.
2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click **Customize**.
3. Click **Add section** and choose " **Custom liquid**".

#### **Section padding**
