[Block] Icon with text item

1. Select the icon with text option from the theme editor.

2. Click on Add block. Select Icon with text item from Theme Block dropdown.

Icon

Setting	Description
Icon	Select the icon from the dropdown menu
Enable custom size icon	Enable/disable checkbox
Custom size icon	Allows changing icon size. Can be from 30px to 100px, increasing arithmetically of 1px (pixel).
Custom icon background	Set the background color for the icon

Text

Setting	Description
Caption	Add text to display as a block caption (Leave the field blank to hide the caption)
Heading	Add text to display as a block heading (Leave the field blank to hide the heading)
Enable custom size	Enable/disable checkbox
Custom heading size	Font size of text: Default XX-Small X-Small Small Medium Large X-Large XX-Large XXX-Large
Text	Add text to display as a custom content (Leave the field blank to hide the custom content)
Link label	Add text to display as a link label on the block (Leave the field blank to hide the link)
URL	Set the link, for example the customer service page
