Dark Mode/Light Mode

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store -> Themes.
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
Click Theme Settings -> Dark Mode/Light Mode.

Note: When "Dark mode" is activated, you only can change the color using the settings below for the theme.
