Contact Form
When customers submit the form, the information will be sent to the email you set up in Shopify Settings. You will check your email and reply to customers manually.
To add this section, please follow below steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store -> Themes.
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
Click Add section and choose "Contact Form".
