# Badges
Badge settings (sale/new/sold out) including position, padding and corner radius. Use these to control how product labels are displayed across product images.
1. From your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store ->** **Themes**.
2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click **Customize**.
3. Click **Theme settings ->** **Badges.**
### Badges Settings
| Settings | Type | Default | Description |
| -------------------- | -------- | ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| Badge Position | select | bottom left | Default position for product badges on images. |
| Badge Top | range | 0 | Vertical offset when custom position is used. |
| Badge Left | range | 0 | Horizontal offset when custom position is used. |
| Badge Corner Radius | range | 40 | Corner radius for badge shapes. |
| Badge Text Transform | select | normal | Text transform applied to badge labels. |
| Show New Badge | checkbox | false | Toggle display of the "new" badge on products. |
| New Badge Type | select | auto | Method to determine which products receive the "new" badge. |
| New Badge Time | range | 30 | Time window (days) considered for "new" status. |
| Padding Left | range | 13 | Left padding inside badge. |
| Padding Right | range | 13 | Right padding inside badge. |
| Padding Top | range | 5 | Top padding inside badge. |
| Padding Bottom | range | 6 | Bottom padding inside badge. |
