| Setting       | Description                                       |

| Avatar        | Upload/Choose an image for the reviewer's avatar. |
| Heading       | Enter the heading of the review card.             |
| Sub-Heading   | Enter the sub-heading of the review card.         |
| Rating (Star) | Select the star ratings from 0 to 5.              |
| Name          | Enter the name of the reviewer.                   |
| Date          | Enter the date of the review.                     |
| Content       | Enter the review content text.                    |
