Please read carefully and follow from Top to Bottom, you will find the detailed instruction to setup each of element in theme. You are using Bigcommerce theme and Bigcommerce platform itself requires the HTML knowledge (little bit) needed for how to update the sample image banners (URL image links) & dummy texts.
